Hariti Hospital Full Walkthrough

This Hariti walkthrough covers the full hospital arc in order: clinic intake, administrative locks, nursery clues, service tunnels, ritual-adjacent wards, and the finale where folklore and motherhood collide. Ghostcase hides few traditional puzzles — most blockers are keys, crowbar panels, medicine gates, and hide-and-seek windows tied to audio cues. Use this page when you are hard-stuck; pair it with Getting Started for controls and Hide and Seek when a chase starts mid-objective.

Walkthrough structure and saves

Hariti autosaves at wing transitions. Manual saves exist at administrative PCs and some nurse stations. Good checkpoint habits:

  • Save before any red-balloon corridor that narrows to one exit.
  • Save after acquiring crowbar or secondary key — not before.
  • Reload hide failures if you want clean achievement runs (Hide and Seek documents the flag).

Chapter 1 — Clinic and reception

Goal: Reach the locked ward hall east of reception.

  1. Interact with every clipboard in reception — one mentions Xinxin on a pediatric form.
  2. Enter the supply closet behind the registration desk; grab medicine and the ward key on the top shelf.
  3. Crouch through the shattered glass corridor; do not sprint — triggers early footstep audio.
  4. Unlock the east ward door with the key.

Stuck fix: If the key does not appear, you skipped the nurse break-room note on the west side. It unlocks the closet door interactable.

Chapter 2 — Pediatric wing and first balloon trail

Goal: Follow red balloons to the nursery observation room.

  1. Pick up the lantern near the pediatric check-in desk.
  2. Follow balloon strings along the ceiling tiles — they dead-end at a crowbar behind a movable cart.
  3. Crowbar the vent in the observation room for the Mother’s journal page (Cindy name variant).
  4. Read the journal before leaving; it updates objective text for How to Find Cindy.

Stuck fix: Players who crowbar the wrong vent in the hallway loop back to reception. Only the observation room vent progresses.

Chapter 3 — Dark ward and first hide segment

Goal: Cross the dark ward without failing the closet event.

  1. Enter the dark ward; lantern battery dips scripted here.
  2. When bass drops in the mix, enter the nearest patient closet — stand still until breathing audio fades.
  3. Exit toward the lit nurses’ hub; grab medicine on the rolling cart.
  4. Keycard reader on the hub door requires the admin key from the fallen chart rack (interact with the rack, not the body — policy note for streamers).

For closet timing, see Hide and Seek.

Chapter 4 — Administration and Lost Souls setup

Goal: Restore partial power and reach the morgue elevator lobby.

  1. Flip the breaker puzzle: left, right, center, left (labels are scratched — match burn marks, not text).
  2. Collect the morgue key from the records room filing cabinet marked pediatric anomalies.
  3. Optional: listen at the PA speaker for the Strange Noise achievement trigger — hold interact for three seconds.
  4. Ride the service elevator to the morgue anteroom.

Stuck fix: If the elevator will not move, the breaker puzzle was reset by dying — redo the sequence; partial power states do not persist on death reload in most builds.

Chapter 5 — Morgue, stillborn infant sequence

Goal: Survive the infant-set-piece and obtain the dollhouse piece.

This is the psychological centerpiece: the stillborn infant motif appears as both horror beat and later “weapon” against the Woman in Red. Do not drop the wrapped bundle during the slow walk — failing restarts the room.

  1. Carry the bundle along the marked floor path only.
  2. Hide in the morgue locker when red light washes under the door — count to eight.
  3. Place the bundle on the dollhouse table; receive dollhouse piece one.
  4. Exit via the tunnel grate opened by the crowbar you should still carry.

Achievement Baby fires on table placement if no noise failures occurred.

Chapter 6 — Dollhouse wing and Cindy trail

Goal: Assemble dollhouse clues and reach the rooftop access stair.

  1. Insert piece one; chase sequence forces you into Hide and Seek rules in a mirrored ward.
  2. Collect pieces two and three in side rooms marked with child height handprints.
  3. Complete dollhouse assembly — triggers Dollhouse achievement and a Cindy VO line.
  4. Rooftop key spawns in the dollhouse drawer; do not leave without it.

Narrative detail for Cindy objectives is expanded in How to Find Cindy.

Chapter 7 — Rooftop approach and Woman in Red peak

Goal: Cross the rooftop maintenance catwalk to the chapel access door.

  1. Weather audio masks your steps — you can stand-walk briefly, but crouch when red fabric appears at catwalk end.
  2. Use the stillborn bundle item when prompted — it stuns the Woman in Red for a short window (The Woman in Red achievement if done without taking damage).
  3. Enter chapel access; save immediately.

Full stalker behavior: Woman in Red.

Chapter 8 — Chapel and Hariti finale

Goal: Complete the Hariti ritual confrontation and epilogue.

  1. Light the four corner bowls in the order shown in the Mother’s journal margins (north, east, south, west).
  2. During the final hide segment, choose the chapel pew row farthest from the red candles — line-of-sight break matters more than distance.
  3. Interact with the central icon when whisper audio syncs with heartbeat UI.
  4. Watch epilogue; Hariti achievement unlocks on credits if all prior optional achievements were collected (not required for story completion).

“Mommy” achievement triggers during the epilogue VO if you picked every Cindy-related optional file throughout the run — see the Cindy guide checklist.

Speed and thorough runs

A story-only run takes roughly four to six hours for first-time players. Completionists chasing all eight achievements should route optional listens and file pickups listed above. No New Game Plus is required.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

What is the hardest stuck point in Hariti?

Most players stall at the dark ward closet timing or the morgue bundle walk. Reload, crouch earlier, and follow floor markers without sprinting.

Can I sequence-break with the crowbar early?

You can open optional lore panels early, but critical progression vents and grates check story flags. Sequence-breaking rarely skips mandatory hide segments.

How long is the Hariti walkthrough from start to credits?

Expect four to six hours on a first playthrough with exploration. Achievement hunting adds one to two hours for optional audio triggers and file pickups.

Does dying reset puzzle progress in Hariti?

Autosave checkpoints usually preserve solved puzzles, but partial power or failed hide rooms often reset on death reload. Manual save before stealth set pieces.
